Founded in 2007, Xi'an Toll Microelectronic(TMI) focuses on integrated circuit design in fields of high-performance analog and digital-analog hybrid, and is committed to providing all-round products and services of "integrated circuit chip - system application solution - chip module design and processing" for the customers engaged in consumer electronics, industrial electronics, automotive electronics, etc.

TMI has a top technical committee, with Academician Hao Yue as the chief scientist. At present, the company has set up branches and R&D centers in Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Wuxi, Guangzhou, Taiwan, Germany and Japan, and the corporate headquarters is located in Xi 'an.

TMI has built four main product lines of power management, motor drive, battery management, customized products and modules. It has more than 200 products and more than 100 independent intellectual property rights.
